Perched above the Pacific with panoramic views of Morro Rock and the estuary, this property required a visual approach that matched the scale of the landscape itself.

We mapped the sun's movement during a site visit, then shot across two sessions — a twilight exterior and drone pass at dusk, followed by a morning interior walkthrough in soft, diffused light.

The color grade leaned into deep teals and warm ambers to reflect the coastal palette the buyers would actually experience. The listing sold within two weeks of the video going live.
